5. Work closely with the customer marketing team to plan execute promotions, new product new innovation launches, in-store activations.
6. Provide accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, report on account performance to senimanagement.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, finance, product development, bottlers to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
8. Address resolve any issues concerns raised by Wu-mart group, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales account management, preferably within the CPG industry.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities.
4. Deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, the retail landscape, specifically with experience managing accounts flarge retailers like Sams Club.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) CRM software.
