欧德油储（南京）有限责任公司是由欧德油储汉堡总部、南京化学工业园公用事业有限公司组建的合资公司。公司系操作大宗液体化工品的多功能罐区，服务于各类化工生产企业、贸易公司以及分销商。即将于2019年中完成的扩建工程将使得库区拥有32座专业码头（6个泊位，承载量50000吨级）整体库容达27,7万立方米。欧德油储南京有充足的土地和岸线资源，仍具有广阔的拓展空间，以满足南京化学工业园区现有以及未来的石化生产企业的仓储需求。随着铁路危化品运输许可证的获得，欧德油储可以正式启动铁路装卸设施。该铁路装卸站台通过南京化学工业园区内的铁路与中国国铁整体网络相连接。铁路通车标志着欧德南京有能力为客户提供包括铁路、公路、水路以及管线全方位的物流配套服务。
欧德油储（大亚湾）有限公司于2006年6月投入生产，是大亚湾石化工业园中具备独立提供仓储及运输服务能力的企业。

Oiltanking is second biggest world’s leading independent storage partners for petroleum products, chemicals and gases. As one of the Fortune 500 companies, Oiltanking owns and operates 74 terminals with a total storage capacity exceeding 20.3 million cubic meters in 22 countries. Our business field covers: offer quality service for storage of liquid chemicals; build and operate many users/single user storage terminals; manage logistic facilities and provide unique all-round customer services.
Currently, group in China has two terminals in operation, located respectively in Guangdong daya bay Economic and Technological Development zone and Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park. Furthermore, with the expansion of China’s business, China's regional headquarter was set up in Shanghai in 2011.
Oiltanking Nanjing Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Oiltanking and NCIP Adminsitration. The company owns and operates a multi-user tank terminal for bulk liquids and serves a wide range of customers including chemical producers, traders and distributors. After the completion of an expansion by mid-2019, the terminal will have 23 tanks with a total tank storage capacity is 277,000 cbm and 3 jetties (6 berths) for ships up to 50,000 DWT. OTN has sufficient land and jetty capacity available for further expansion which can meet and accommodate future storage requirements from existing and new petrochemcial producers in NCIP. With the permit for the transport of chemical cargo’s in place in the early of 2013, Oiltanking has officially started the operation of the rail loading and unloading facility. It is connected to the railway system of the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park (NCIP), which is on its turn connected to the national railway network. With the rail facility expansion the terminal offers all modes of transportation to its customers including rail, road, water and pipelines.
Oiltanking (Daya Bay) was put into operation in June, 2006. Now it develops into an enterprise able to provide warehousing and transportation service independently in daya bay Petrochemical Industrial Park.
China Branch Company affiliated to Oiltanking Group manages business activities and provides financial consulting services.
