• Set up EHS management system according to laws company requirements

• Take the lead of internal external audit coordination to assure certification of ISO14001 ISO45001
• 负责协调内外部审核确保取得ISO14001和ISO45001的认证
• Implement the EHS policy of the Erdrich group, establish the EHS targets of the year.
• 贯彻埃德里希集团的EHS方针政策，建立EHS年度目标
• Develop operating procedure, policies, guidelines instructions regarding facility operations, emergency response, employee health safety other EHS issues
• 建立起有关生产运营、紧急响应、职业健康安全和其它EHS事宜的操作流程、政策和指导性文件
• Identify control of environmental aspects, safety risks occupational health hazards of the company. Regularly check the accident potential supervise the corrective action
• 识别和管控公司的环境因素、安全风险和职业病危害。定期排查事故隐患并督促整改
• Responsible femployee health safety related measures implementation, education &training investigation of accidents incidents
• 负责有关员工职业健康和安全的措施执行、教育培训、事故事件调查等
• Company hazardous waste management
• 工厂危险废物的管理
• Evaluation control the EHS risk from the change of production technology, process, material, equipment facility.
• 对生产技术、工艺流程、原材料、设备设施的变更造成的EHS风险进行评估和管控
• Safety supervision of outsourcing work risk work (fire, aerial, confined space) management
• 外包作业安全监管和危险作业（动火、登高、有限空间）管理
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
• 上级主管分配的其它工作
要求：
• Bacheldegree above，majin in Environment, Safety, Chemistry related direction.
本科及以上学历，环境、安全、化学或相关专业
• English both in writtenal
具备简单的英语听说读写能力
• Above 5 years working experience in EHS field
5年以以上EHS工作经验
• Automotive parts industry mechanical industry will be prior
汽车零部件或者机械行业优先
• Have knowledge about with ISO14001 ISO45001 system certification
