Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot / Spring Cloud frameworks.
Implement clean, maintainable, high-performance code following engineering best practices.
Integrate optimize middleware components such as Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MySQL, MongoDB, Nginx, etc.
Participate in architecture discussions contribute to system scalability reliability improvements.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to implement CI/CD, observability, deployment best practices.
Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, ensure high software quality.
Diagnose complex production issues in collaboration with SRE/operations teams.
Contribute to API design, data modeling, system integration.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Java backend development. Automotive experienced is plus.
Strong proficiency with Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful services, microservices architecture.
Familiar with commonly used middleware such as Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MySQL, MongoDB, similar.
Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts.
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines.
Basic knowledge of containers (Docker/Kubernetes) DevOps practices.
Experience with caching, message queues, performance optimization is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork skills.
