As the owner of PO management to take full responsibility on on-time delivery
Job Function & Job Requirement:
- Well cooperate withigin agent to make sure cargo must be smoothly arranged shipped,
- make sure OHA is always in the correct way inder to a smooth shipping process
- Take the ownership of PO management liaise with related parties to fultill on time delivery
- Be responsible fdaily PO tracking close communication with vendftheir following up
- Manage the data input & amendment in system
- Work with related party to provide solution fearly/ late shipment
- Ensure proper timely follow-up in case of irregularities
- Encourage ensure excellent communication both internally externally
- Ensure excellent service provided according to SOP
Qualification:
Education Experience
1. College degree above
2. At least 3 years working experience in multinational freight forwarding company
3. Solid experience in FCL Ocean Export
Languages Communication Skills
1. Fluent spoken & written in English, CET-4 above
2. Good communication skills, both internal external
Computer Skills
1. Basic PC knowledge
2. Experienced user fMS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Others
1. Customeriented & self-disciplined
2. Strong logic thinking & problem solving skills
3. Willing to OT can undertake pressure
4. Strong individual capability with teamwork spirit
