General Summary:
This position provides direction coordination of all aspects of the maintenance department activities in plant with the company objectives directives of the general manager.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Through the direction of the supervision, manage direct the flow of work, material personnel, to optimize efficiency minimize waste, on a daily basis, to assist the company in the attainment of their established goals fquality, productivity timely delivery:
a. Working closely with scheduling personnel, to assure availability of necessary resources to perform maintenance scheduled assignments.
b. Review revise Standard Repair Work Instructions, as necessary.
c. Provide training resources to assigned associates.
d. Monitor, develop, recommend implement measures to improve methods, equipment performance quality of production.
e. Continuous improvement activities maintain IATF16949 TISAX EHS system compliance.
2. Strictly control downtime inder to maintain smooth production, safety improvements.
3. Oversight maintenance headcount, utilize excellent efficiency reduce waste.
4. Coaching people build good talent ladder, at the same time working closely with HR department.
5. Candidates have contributing mindset works closely with relative managers.
6. Detailly focus on cost reduction annual maintenance planning efforts.
7. Active team participant in Kaizen, lean manufacturing problem-solving initiatives.
8. Participate perform inputs from technical standpoint as required.
9. Perform technical/administrative duties, as necessary, to include:
a. Associate scheduling attendance records
b. Requires maintaining records documentation
c. M&R cost Budgeting
d. Maintenance, majrepair scheduling
e. Spare parts planning
f. Plant utility control seeking improvements
g. ECAR required material emergency appropriation development
h. Quoting fpotential Business
i. Review regulate staffing meeting requirements
10. Instrumental in the Performance management process by conducting performance appraisals.
11. Comply with IATF16949, EHS CQI system’s requirements
12. Comply with RESRG Employee manual, Code of Conduct, company social Accountability management requirements.
13. Comply with TISAX requirements
Qualifications:
1. Bachldegree preferred, majin Engineering automation background.
2. 7-10 years’ experience in maintenance, preferred automotive product experience.
3. Manufacturing equipment maintenance knowledge, electroplating of molded plastics industry preferred.
4. Nonstandard automation knowledge desired. Good budget control skills.
5. Strong management， communication people skills.
6. Good self-study ability, good teamganization mindset, logical data analysis skills.
7. Internal audit: certificate of IATF16949/VDA6.3/ISO9001
8. Experienced applications of APQP, PPAP, PFEMA, SPC, MSA 8D problem solving, etc.
