JOB SUMMARY
• Release P.O. to suppliers (domestic & oversea) on time; make sure goods delivery on time, goods receipt on time;
• Supplier identification, selection management (findirect material service);
• Actively in cost reduction programs negotiate with supplier fprice, T&Cs when necessary;
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct day-to-day procurement on indirect material fthe BELDEN APAC;
• Release P.O. to suppliers (domestic & oversea) on time; make sure goods delivery on time, goods receipt on time;
• Monitsupplier delivery performance on daily basis, send out backlog report follow up with supplier fopen P.O. status effectively;
• Supplier identification, selection management (findirect material service);
• Attend actively in cost reduction programs negotiate with supplier fprice, T&Cs when necessary;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as PMC, Production, Engineering, etc fpurchase requirement, production plan change inventory control target;
• Coordinate with Finance to makeder payment to supplier smoothly;
• Assist the manager to optimize supplier pool, manage supplier’s performance relationship in long term efficiency.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Bacheldegree above with majin Business/Commerce Engineering;
• 3+ years of buyer purchasing experience;
• Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience is a plus;
• Good English reading writing;
• Self-motivated excellent teamwork;
• Good communication skill.
