In This Role, You Will:
1. EHS Compliance & Management
Implement continuously improve the company’s EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) management system to ensure compliance with local regulations corporate standards.
Conduct regular safety risk assessments, identify potential hazards, develop corrective actions.
Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, formulate corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
Participate in emergency response planning drills to ensure effective preparedness.
Support regulatory inspections, corporate audits, customer assessments to maintain compliance.
2. Process Safety / Chemical Management
Participate in process safety reviews support safety evaluations fnew processes to ensure safe design operation.
Establish maintain chemical management systems covering procurement, storage, usage, transportation, disposal in compliance with relevant regulations company policies.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree above in Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, related fields.
7–10 years of EHS experience in biopharmaceutical chemical industries. Familiar with process safety methodologies (PHA, HAZOP, LOPA).
Solid knowledge of Chinese EHS regulations international standards (ISO14001, ISO45001).
Hands-on experience in chemical management explosion protection.
Excellent communication coordination skills; strong sense of responsibility; capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English communication skills (written spoken); experience in multinational companies is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Safety Engineer international EHS certifications.
Project management experience involvement in EHS support fplant construction/expansion projects.
