岗位职责Job Description:
1、 协助同研发部门进行新项目进度的协调和跟进
Assist in coordinating following up the progress of new projects with R&D department.
2、 协同研发部门进行新项目加工和测试工艺开发，加工和测试总结报告、以及加工和测试过程中的工艺分析和改善
Collaborate with the R&D department in developing processing testing technologies fnew projects, preparing processing testing summary reports, as well as conducting process analysis improvements during the manufacturing testing stages.
3、 协助制定生产标准化作业指导书, 提供技术、操作及品质相关要求的培训
Assist in developing production standard WI provide training on technical, operational quality-related requirements.
4、 负责新项目在转移生产及量产阶段的工艺问题处理
Assist in handling process issues of new projects during the production transfer mass production stages.
5、 协助保持生产过程的持续稳定和生产效率的持续改进
Assist in maintaining the continuous stability of the production process the continuous improvement of production efficiency.
6、 项目开发过程中的相关经验总结
Summarize the relevant experiences during the project R&D process.
7、 协助财务部进行新项目报价、生产工艺和制造成本分析
Assist Finance department in new project quotation, manufacturing process manufacturing cost analysis.
8、 完成主管安排的其他工作任务
Complete other works assigned by the supervisor.
岗位要求Job Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业
Bachelors degree above, mechanical-related majors.
2. 勤奋好学，对机械设计及工艺有浓厚的兴趣；
Diligent eager to learn, with a strong interest in mechanical design technology.
3. 责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力及应变能力和团队合作精神。
Strong sense of responsibility, with good communication coordination skills, adaptability, team spirit.
4. 具备良好的问题分析及解决能力
Have good problem analysis solving skills.
5. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力
Have good English listening, speaking, reading writing skills.
