该职位应具有能一定完成时尚类、3C类、零售类、快消耐消品广告各阶段的三维设计能力，能协助完成线上电商平台的创意与设计工作，能够配合团队主管领导完成提案的各项准备工作。
This position should be able to complete the 3D design of all stages of fashion, 3C, retail, FMCG advertising, assist to complete the creative design work of the online e-commerce platform, cooperate with the team leader to complete the preparation of proposals.
Role & Responsibilities 角色与责任 （主要描述其岗位需要承担的所有工作内容）
1、 协助团队项目中所有三维设计表现与演示及执行工作
Assist team in all 3D design performance, presentation, execution
2、 参与项目创意，有一定的见解与想法，与团队协作产出创意方案
Participate in project ideas, have certain opinions ideas, cooperate with the team to produce creative plans
3、 根据部门主管领导的要求提供相符合的创意想法
Provide creative ideas as required by department supervisors
4、 遵守工作时间安排，及时与团队沟通工作进度
Keep the work schedule ongoing communicate with the team on time
5、 高效配合团队完成各项创意设计工作，协助部门主管领导完成提案
Efficiently cooperate with the team to complete the creative design work, assist the department leaders to complete the proposal
Requirements 任职要求 （担任该职位所需要的工作经验要求）
1、 Degree Professional certificate 学历专业及专业证书：大专或以上，美术设计、广告设计、三维设计或相关专业
College degree above in art design, advertising design, 3D-design, related majfields
2、Work Experience 工作经验：5年及以上相关工作经验 At least 5 years related working experience
3、Professional skills 专业技能：
1）具备良好的设计理念和扎实的美术功底，有一定的手绘能力，熟悉AI帮助工作, 并具备良好的空间创意设计理念；
Have good design concept solid art foundation, have particular hsketching ability, be familiar with AI-assisted work good space creative design concept.
2）熟练运用Photoshop、Illustrator等平面设计软件或3DMAX等3D设计软件；
Proficient in using Photoshop, Illustrat3DMAX other design software.
3）有良好的创意表现能力和色彩运用力；
Have good creative expression ability colapplication ability.
4）能协助完成平面行销各阶段的平面设计或创意各阶段的三维设计；
Able to assist in all stages of graphic marketing design complete the 3D design of all stages of creativity.
5）具备一定线上传播或电商平台等活动设计经验；
Experience in online communication e-commerce platform design
4、Comprehensive quality (personality ability) 综合素质（性格特征及能力素质）: 良好的沟通能力和协调能力，有强烈的工作责任心及团队合作能力，思维活跃，富有创造性
Good communication coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility teamwork ability, active thinking, creative
5. Others其它：时尚类、3C类、零售类、快消耐消品广告平面/三维设计经验优先
Experience in fashion, 3C, retail, FMCG advertising graphic 3D design is preferred
