We are looking fan integrated social planner with social compaign experience with 3-6 years of experience. Scope of work will be IMCs, social, BTL fInternational, domestics brands. Please submit your resume / CV in English Chinese.
Role & Responsibilities 角色与责任 （主要描述其岗位需要承担的所有工作内容）
1、 您将为国际和当地知名品牌提供服务合作。行业如 家清害虫处理, 3C, 快消等
You will be servicing both internationally domestic renowned brands in Household cleaning & Pest Control, 3C FMCGs.
2、 您对创造品牌、 产品主张、创意切入点有掌握. 您熟悉串联 社交平台（抖音，小红书等） 种草，发酵，收割而能倒流在电商或者线下门店。
You will be servicing both internationally domestic renowned brands in Household cleaning & Pest Control, 3C FMCGs.
3、 您能够从定性、定量和生活经验的多个来源获得消费者的见解，以产生清晰和简洁的沟通方向/策略，以激发创造性工作. You are able to source consumer insights from multiple sources qualitative, quantitative life experiences to produce clear concise communication directions / strategies to inspire creative work.
Requirements 任职要求 （担任该职位所需要的工作经验要求）
1. 学士学位或以上 You have a bacheldegree above
2. 以中文为母语，英语良好A Native Chinese speaker with English proficiency
3. 是正能量的来源、愿意学习、保持积极工作态度、独立、对自己作品有负责人、有弹性 Welcoming personality, Willing to Learn, positive working attitude, independent, resilient, takes responsibility foutput
4. 你很好奇，愿意深入研究消费者行为背后的动机 You are inquisitive curious about underlying consumer behaviour
5. 优秀的社交经验 抖音、小红书等（ 品牌策划经验 加分）Outstanding social planning experience Douyin, RED （Brplanning is a plus）
6. 有4A广告公司经验或中文文案背景优先4A agency and/Chinese Copywriting experience is a plus
