任职资格

2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design a similar role.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, equivalent.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing digital products.
5. Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, cross-platform compatibility.
6. Excellent communication collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
