Responsibilities
Lead menta team of systems quality engineers across manual,
automation, performance.
Prepare test design based on documented requirements team
discussions, including SW engineers, ML engineers, project managers.
Take responsibility fthe testing activities, including estimating test
efforts, analyzing requirements, preparation of test cases & test data,
test execution.
Contribute to manual, automation, performance testing.
Drive performance testing efforts including load, stress, scalability
testing.
Develop maintain automation framework fUI, API, Mobile.
Provide reports track quality metrics.
Skills & Requirements:
Technical background education: Bachelor’s degree in a related
technical field.
8+ Years of experience in systems testing.
Strong knowledge of software QC methodologies tools.
Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure).
Experience in Web mobile testing.
Experience in API & database testing.
Hands-on GitHub action.
2+ years working with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Robot
Perform Analysis Design, design reviews, development ftest
automation.
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, Javascript, etc.).
Utilizing load, stress, analysis to model performance scenarios,
perform initial analysis using performance monitoring tools reporting.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines integrating automated tests.
Experience working in a Kanban/Agile/Scrum Methodology fstreamlined
testing workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in software/hardware integration testing.
AI/ML experience.
ISTQB certificate preferred.
