Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisto the senileadership team, providing delivery oversight, technical guidance, strategic input across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Lead manage integration projects, including incident reviews, root cause analysis, future-oriented resolution strategies.
• Drive foverall delivery success client satisfactions support decision-making with data-driven insights scenario planning.
• Build strong relationships across internal external teams to ensure seamless communication execution.
• Act as a primary contact fhandling escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery teams using Agile Lean principles, with a focus on scalability long-term value.
• Monitproject health status tackle issues as they arise.
• Providing coaching, mentoring development support to drive up delivery capability in the project.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies ensure alignment with business goals stakeholder expectations.
• Monitdelivery KPIs SLAs, produce clear dashboards reports fsenileadership.
• Identify mitigate delivery risks, bottlenecks, dependencies.
• Champion Agile ways of working across scaled environments, including SAFe similar frameworks.
• Support the regional leadership team in maintaining operational excellence while they focus on strategic transformation initiatives.
Requirements
• 5 + years of experience leading digital projects in consulting, Consumer electronics sectors.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager with significant experience of delivering agile projects at scale.
• Experience working under multicultural environments, including experience in working with customer’s distributed team defining right target operating model.
• Exceptional communication skills, leadership, with the ability to engage influence senistakeholders.
