Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire testing process, driving continuous improvement aligning testing activities with project goals timelines.
- Define implement test strategies plans fautomation, performance, manual testing workflows.
- Take ownership of implementing automation testing frameworks developing testing tools based on project requirements design.
- Analyze resolve complex technical challenges propose innovative solutions fautomation frameworks, performance testing tools, testing methodologies.
- Ensure the ongoing improvement optimization of automation frameworks test scripts, providing technical direction to improve scalability, reliability, efficiency.
- Review test requirements, design test scenarios, develop test scripts from an automation performance perspective.
- Execute automation performance scripts, analyze test results, proactively identify, report, track bugs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, specifically in Software Testing, Test Automation, Software Development.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire software development testing lifecycle, including Agile/Scrum methodologies structured test processes.
- Demonstrated experience in planning leading a full testing program, including automation, performance, functional testing strategies.
- Strong expertise in implementing maintaining test frameworks fWeb, Mobile (Android/iOS), Windows Applications, APIs/RESTful services, with proven ability to develop automation frameworks from scratch continuously improve them by applying design patterns, coding standards, optimizing fscalability, reliability, efficiency.
- Proficiency in one more programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with popular automation frameworks, tools, cloud-based platforms, such as Selenium, Appium, UIAutomation, TestNG, Karate, Pytest, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, WebDriverIO, Source Labs, BrowserStack, etc.
- Demonstrated project experience in performance testing, including familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, similar, with proven ability to analyze improve system scalability stability.
- Strong experience in managing CI/CD pipelines integrating automated test solutions using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, similar.
- Experience in defining, collecting, interpreting key metrics to monittesting progress, evaluate product quality, measure testing effectiveness. Ability to use metric-based insights to drive improvements in testing processes team performance.
- Strong communication interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical non-technical stakeholders. A proactive team player with a self-motivated attitude fdriving collaboration in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
