We are seeking a SeniProduct Manager who understands the intersection of marketing technology, data platforms, AI/ML innovation — someone who can translate complex data capabilities intuitive, revenue-driving products frestaurant operators.

What You’ll Do
Own Growth-Focused Product Development
• Define execute the product vision fgrowth solutions that leverage customer data, AI, personalization to deliver measurable ROI frestaurants.
• Translate business growth goals product features: identity resolution, unified customer profiles, real-time segmentation, omni-channel marketing triggers, campaign performance analytics, etc.
Integrate AI fSmarter Growth
• Collaborate with data science teams to embed machine learning models (e.g., churn prediction, lifetime value forecasting, recommendation engines) customer-facing features.
• Explore LLM-based capabilities (e.g., AI-driven campaign copy generation, automated insights, conversational analytics) to improve marketing agility decision-making.
Drive Data & Marketing Capabilities
• Design solutions that allow restaurants to activate their customer data in personalized marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app channels.
• Enable real-time marketing automation A/B/n testing to optimize engagement.
• Ensure robust analytics dashboards to track marketing performance, funnel metrics, campaign ROI.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success to deliver products that solve high-value problems.
• Translate complex AI/data capabilities simple, usable tools fnon-technical restaurant operators.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap that balances near-term feature delivery with long-term innovation.
Engage with Market & Customers
• Engage directly with restaurant operators, franchise groups, industry experts to understpain points uncover growth opportunities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in MarTech, AdTech, CDPs, AI/ML, restaurant digital transformation.
• Represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions.
• Monitproduct performance continuously refine based on insights.

What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements:
• 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS technology in retail, hospitality restaurant industry.
• 3+ years of product management experience in growth, marketing technology, data platform products.
• Deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms (identity resolution, golden record, customer 360 etc), personalization, segmentation, omni-channel campaign management.
• Strong grasp of analytics, A/B testing, marketing KPIs.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities customer-facing products (e.g., personalization, predictive analytics).
• Experience working with AI/ML models familiarity with LLMs their applications in marketing customer engagement.
• Ability to translate data science concepts commercially viable product features.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, execution skills.
• Proficient in English reading writing.
Bonus Skills:
• Proficient in English speaking listening.
• Restaurant tech, POS systems, loyalty programs, onlinedering domain knowledge.
• Experience in SaaS growth strategies MarTech/AdTech integrations.
• Familiarity with tools like Segment, mParticle, RudderStack, Amplitude, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Braze.
