About the Role:
We are seeking a highlyganized detail-oriented RTBS Administratto join our Simandou MPP ConveyBelt Maintenance team. You will be the backbone of our data integrity, ensuring all maintenance records, workders, KPI reports in RTBS/SAP are accurate, timely, compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Administer close out RTBS/SAP workders with high data accuracy.
2.MonitPreventive Maintenance (PM) compliance, MTTR, failure records.
3.Prepare daily, weekly, monthly KPI reports performance extracts.
4.Control maintenance documents, QA records, completion evidence.
5. Escalate data discrepancies enforce stop-work authority fsafety/environmental risks.
What We’re Looking For:
1.3+ years of maintenance administration asset management system experience in mining heavy industry (Fresh Masters graduates outstanding international returnees with relevant academic backgrounds will also be considered).
2. Proficiency in RTBS/SAP, Excel, SharePoint, document control systems.
3.Strong attention to detail ability to chase down missing field data professionally.
4. English is required; French is a majplus flocal interface.
5.Valid site inductions, RTBS/SAP training, a commitment to HSEC standards.
