Job Description
The candidate will be responsible fleading a portfolio of applications support following ITIL process.
Day to day operational support of series of applications (Internal external facing)
Maintaining compliance with company policies industry standards, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize improve applications.
Manage service request, incidents, changes, releases as per pre-defined processes.
Tracking operational metrics including SLA, MTTR, CSAT etc to ensure healthy operation.
Be involved in Change Request / Small Enhancement requirement analysis, development, test, deployment.
Investigate issues, debug fix code defects deliver packages.
Write maintain maintenance documents including SOPs, Process / Procedures, Technical design, data flow etc.
Continuously service improvement including eliminating manual effort automate manual process wherever possible
Cross function team coordination drive issue resolution
Job Requirements
Bacheldegree above in computer science equivalent.
At least 1+ year’s experience on application support, software development, test experience.
Proficient in one of key tech stack : Java .NET, have knowledge on Python, Shell Script, Vue, React Angular etc.
If your expertise is .NET, you need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft development tools including: Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, .Net Framework / .Net Core, C#, high concurrency services-oriented programing, multi-threads programing, windows service programing, OOP techniques methodologies, multi-layers (data layer, business layer, user interface layer, etc.) architecture.
If your expertise is Java, you need to be proficient in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud framework, Mybatis, JPA Hibernate.
Familiar with Message Queue (RabbitMQ, Kafka, RocketMQ, etc.)
Proficient in Database design programming: high performance SQL statement/procedure based on MS SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL.
Experience on VUE other Javascript framework.
Familiar in Git flow branch management.
AWS its DevOps experience is a plus.
WeChat official account experience, Life Science domain knowledge is a strong plus.
