该岗位按项目需求出差（每天香港深圳往返通勤）
岗位职责：
1. Lead the analysis, design, delivery of Internet-facing web application systems fgovernment projects. 主导政府项目中面向互联网的Web应用系统的分析、设计与交付工作。
2. Design implement responsive, accessible web interfaces using modern standards (XHTML, HTML5, RWD). 采用现代标准（XHTML 、HTML5、RWD）设计并实现响应式、无障碍的网页界面。
3. Architect, integrate, deploy systems utilizing key GCIS reference modules (e.g., Payment, KMU, Notification Service) services (Object Storage, Messaging). 架构、集成和部署系统，利用关键 GCIS 参考模块（如支付、 KMU 、通知服务）和服务（对象存储、消息传递）。
4. Ensure secure seamless integration with government identity data exchange platforms, specifically iAM Smart. 确保与政府身份及数据交换平台（特别是iAM Smart）实现安全无缝的集成。
5. Design implement solutions based on microservices architecture container-based deployment models. 基于微服务架构和容器化部署模型设计并实现解决方案。
6. Develop robust applications using Angular Java. 使用Angular和Java开发稳健的应用程序。
7. Establish optimize DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, automated, reliable software delivery. 建立并优化DevOps实践与CI/CD流水线，以实现高效、自动化且可靠的软件交付。
任职要求：
1. Education & Working Experience 教育背景与工作经验 :
1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field. 计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域的学士学位。
2) At least 10 years of post-qualification IT experience. 至少10年IT领域资质认证后工作经验。
3) At least 3 years of hands-on experience in delivering one more Internet-facing web application systems fany HKSAR government department. (Key Requirement) 至少具备3年实际工作经验，曾为香港特区政府任何部门开发过一个或多个面向互联网的网络应用系统。（关键要求）
4）粤语口语可沟通交流，英语可读写
2. Technical Skills 技术技能 :
1) At least 2 years of hands-on experience with XML, XHTML, HTML5, Responsive Web Design (RWD).至少2年XML、 XHTML 、HTML5及响应式网页设计（RWD）的实际操作经验。
2) At least 2 years of hands-on experience in deploying GCIS reference modules such as Payment, KMU, Notification Service. 至少2年实际部署 GCIS 参考模块（如支付、 KMU 和通知服务）的经验。
3) At least 2 years of hands-on experience integrating systems with iAM Smart. 至少2年使用iAM Smart进行系统集成的实际操作经验。
4) At least 2 years of hands-on experience in integrating with GCIS Object Storage Service, Messaging Service, Payment Service. 至少2年实际工作经验，需具备与 GCIS 对象存储服务、消息服务及支付服务的集成能力。
5) At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing microservices architecture. 至少具备2年微服务架构实施的实战经验。
6) At least 2 years of hands-on experience in container-based application deployment. 至少2年基于容器的应用部署实践经验。
7) At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Angular Java programming. 至少具备2年Angular和Java编程的实际操作经验。
8) At least 2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices CI/CD pipeline setup. 至少具备2年DevOps实践及CI/CD流水线搭建的实战经验。
9) AT least 2 years of XC experience in Huawei Cloud/Gauss. 至少2年华为云/Gauss的信创经验。
3. Soft Skills 软技能:
1) Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities fcomplex system design. 具备卓越的分析能力与问题解决能力，适用于复杂系统设计。
2) Strong stakeholder management communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details fgovernment clients. 具备强大的利益相关者管理与沟通能力，能够为政府客户提供技术细节的翻译服务。
