岗位目标：
The JuniField Service Engineer is focusing on delivering standard service keep customer satisfaction rate, as well as be familiar with Dräger medical devices installation, repair, maintenance Technical Solution Bulletin (TSB) procedure.
主要任务：
Installation & training
- Perform warranty installation in accordance with service contract company procedures standards
- Provide usage of product training per the standard requirement
Maintenance
- Perform paid job repair to customer (quote, negotiate confirm price with customer)
- Implement corrective repairs, identify/ feedback unexposed quality problems if any via dedicated system to the Headquarter as appropriate
- Execute technical corrective actions
- Perform preventive maintenance visits fcontractual customer
- Track installed base accuracy & variances
- Provide support to Sales freplacement, special sales programs, exhibition
Stakeholder management
- Maintain a good relationship with existing customer
- Understcustomer’s complain help to escalate them to the appropriate level
Contract Management
- Collect accounts receivable fhis/her territory
- Renew service contract in his/her territory upon request
Others
- Follow company process fparts management book daily work in related system
The job is performed under the supervision of Experienced/SeniField Service Engineer.
