Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
● Project Controlling & Financial Management 项目财务管控
Develop maintain robust financial controls reporting frameworks fongoing projects. Monitproject performance against budgets, forecasts, key performance indicators (KPIs). Track capital expenditure (CAPEX) ensure efficient allocation of resources. Conduct post-investment reviews to validate financial assumptions assess project outcomes.
建立并持续完善项目财务控制与报告体系。监控项目实际表现，对比预算、预测及关键绩效指标。跟踪资本支出，优化资源配置。开展投后审查，验证初始财务假设并评估项目*终效益。
● Investment Project Support (Origination to Execution) 投资项目支持（全周期）
Assist the SeniCorporate Finance Manager iniginating, evaluating, executing investment opportunities, including greenfield projects, brownfield expansions, M&A transactions. Build maintain sophisticated financial models (e.g., DCF, LBO, project finance models) to analyze investment returns, risks, feasibility. Support due diligence processes, coordinating with internal external stakeholders (legal, technical, tax, operational teams). Prepare investment committee materials, including financial analysis, scenario planning, strategic rationale.
协助高级企业融资经理进行投资机会的挖掘、评估与落地，涵盖新建、扩建及并购项目。主导搭建及维护用于评估投资回报、风险与可行性的复杂财务模型。协调内外部资源，支持财务、法务、技术、税务及运营等多条线的尽职调查工作。牵头准备投资委员会材料，提供详实的财务分析、情景推演及战略依据。
● Financing Support 项目融资支持
Assist in structuring securing financing fprojects, including debt, equity, hybrid instruments. Support negotiations with banks, investors, other financial institutions. Help maintain relationships with financial partners across Greater China Southeast Asia.
协助构建和获取项目融资方案，包括债务、股权及混合工具融资。支持与银行、投资者及其他金融机构的谈判。协助维护公司在大中华及东南亚区域的融资关系网络。
● Financial Modeling & Analysis 财务建模与分析
Lead the development of integrated financial models to support decision-making fprojects acquisitions. Perform sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, risk assessments to inform strategic choices. Ensure models align with market trends, regulatory requirements, company policies.
主导开发用于项目决策及并购评估的综合性财务模型。进行敏感性测试、情景模拟与风险评估，为战略决策提供依据。确保模型贴合市场、合规及内部管理要求。
● Reporting & Communication 报告与沟通
Provide timely accurate financial reports to senimanagement, highlighting project performance risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives deliverables
定期、准确向管理层汇报项目财务状况，提示风险与机遇。协同跨部门团队，确保各方对财务目标与可交付成果的一致性，推动项目目标达成。

Qualification 任职资格
● Bachelor’s degree in finance, business other related field
教育背景：财务、经济、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历。
● CPA/ACCA/CFA other relevant professional qualifications
专业资质：拥有CPA/ACCA/CFA或同等专业资格者优先。
● At least 8 years of relevant experience in project finance, corporate finance, corporate development, M&A, private equity, management consulting related fields.
8年及以上在项目融资、企业融资、企业发展、并购、私募股权、管理咨询或相关领域的相关经验。
● Proven track record in financial modeling, project controlling, investment analysis.
在财务建模、项目管控和投资分析方面有丰富的过往经验。
● Exposure to financing, M&A, end-to-end investment financing transactions, preferably in sectors such as waste management recycling.
拥有从投融资到退出的全周期项目实操经验者优先，特别是在环保、资源回收或相关实体行业背景者更佳。
● Mandarin Chinese English proficiency required feffective negotiation
具备有效的谈判所需的普通话和英语能力。
● Experience working in cross-border environments, particularly Greater China Southeast Asia
有在跨境环境（特别是大中华区和东南亚地区）工作的经验。
● Minimum BachelDegree in finance related discipline
拥有财务相关专业的学士学位。
● Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, project finance models) advanced Excel proficiency.
精通财务建模（现金流折现模型、杠杆收购模型、项目融资模型）和高级Excel技能。
● Familiarity with accounting standards, financial reporting, project management tools.
熟悉会计准则、财务报告流程及常用项目管理工具。
● Previous exposure to recycling industry
有回收行业经验者优先。
