One of the main responsibility of the Sales Operation Specialist supporting the commercial team the financing business in completing related financing services related to internal cross departmental collaboration; Another main responsibility is to support sales management, related to CRM, data analysis, sales incentive management etc.
销售运营专家工负责通过内外部的合作促进及支持融资业务的发展，同时，支持销售管理相关工作，包括但不限于CRM、销售数据分析及激励活动管理等
Duties responsibilities主要任务和责任:
1. Responsible fbusiness support assisting the sales management.
负责业务支持及协助销售管理工作。
· Responsible fthe management of CRM system. Collect analyze the data from CRM. In coordination with Commercial Operation system provider in supporting the SLC commercial team of the CRM setting maintains.
负责CRM系统维护以及数据收集和分析。通过协调商务运营团队以及系统供应商维护CRM系统的日常使用与设置。
· Conduct regular irregular meetings communication with internal & external to ensure transparent close cooperation communication between both parties.
与内外部合作伙伴开展定期或不定期的会议和沟通，确保双方的合作及沟通透明、紧密。
· Create, record maintain sales data. Produce reports data fsales management.
创建、记录并维护销售工作的各项数据报表，为销售管理工作提供数据和报告。
· Reporting data analysis. Produce business report data analysis according to NSM requests on a regular basis independent task.
报告与数据分析。根据NSM的要求制作定期或者不定期的业务报告以及数据的整理分析。
· Assist in the formulation implementation of commercial policies, record business performance prepare relevant reports. Track business performance, alert to deviations put forward reasonable suggestions.

2. Provide internal business support fthe nationwide financing sales team.
负责全国区域内融资销售团队内部业务支持工作。
· Support commercial team in daily business operation. Such as possible financing offering, back-office coordinating, documents management, etc.
支持商务团队的日常业务运营，诸如或有的融资报价，中后台协调，文档管理等工作。
· Be responsible fdata entry of the financing business system assist the commercial team with remote system data processing sales support.
负责融资业务系统数据录入，协助商务团队进行系统数据的远程处理和销售支持。
· Manage utilize sales-related tools, including the initiation daily maintenance of E-sign, SMS services, Applet other platforms.
销售相关工具管理和使用，比如电子签、短信、小程序等的发起和日常维护。
· Assist account managers in completing relevant financing application reports.
协助客户经理完成相关融资审核报告的填写
3. Be responsible fsales administrative work.
负责销售行政工作。
· Participate in company meetings activities,ganize, coordinate, maintain meetings/activities when needed.
参加公司相关会议及活动，在需要的情况下进行会议/活动组织，协调及维护。
· Be responsible fpayment applications of the commercial department, covering expenses such as commercial incentives, supplier fees event costs, among others.
负责商务部门的付款申请，包括但不限于商务奖励、供应商、活动等费用。
· Perform other ad-hoc support duties as required, including coordinating with the Marketing Department on promotional campaigns materials.
根据需要进行其他各项支持工作，如与市场部对接推广活动和物料等。
· Necessary support to National Sales Manager.

Requirement任职要求：
1.University Degree above in Marketing Financing. other relative major;市场营销或金融或相关专业本科以上；
2.At least 3 years sales experience on financing Sales sales operation experience on financing business; 至少3年的融资销售或融资行业销售运营管理经验；
3.Experience with Leasing Company ,Commercial Bank other Financing Institute; experience with Vehicles are preferred. 具备融资租赁公司、商业银行或其他金融机构工作经验,或车辆行业相关经验优先。
4.Proven ability to work accurately with figures spreadsheets in combination with good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment; 熟练处理处理数字和表格;能够熟练操作微软系统和计算机操作系统
5.Good in reading writing English 良好的英语口语和写作能力
