1 Safety management安全管理

负责公司安全管理、安全标准化建立，管理以及持续改善；组织或者参与拟订公司安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案；并按此指导和监督各部门、各层级贯彻执行,针对未达标的目标，制定行动改善计划。
1.2 Organize carry out company safety education training conduct company-level safety training fnew employees. Record the safety production education training truthfully.
组织或开展公司安全教育培训，对新入职员工进行公司级安全培训。如实记录安全生产教育和培训情况。
1.3 Supervise inspect the relevant management of special equipment (daily management regular inspection of special equipment such as forklifts, pressure vessels, elevators, lifting machinery, etc.; the validity of special operation certificates, track the troubleshooting of safety hazards abnormal handling of special equipment).
监督、检查特种设备相关管理（叉车、压力容器、电梯、起重机械等特种设备的日常管理、定期检验；特种作业证书有效期，跟踪特种设备安全隐患排查及异常处理）。
1.4 Supervise inspect the companys dangerous goods management (storage of dangerous chemicals, filing daily use of goods, regular inspection of dangerous goods rectification of hazard sources).
监督检查公司危险品管理（危险化学品存放、物品备案及日常使用、危险品定期检查及危险源的整改）。
1.5 Supervise inspect the outsourcing management (agreement, operation process supervision & inspection) of relevant business departments, approve special operations, urge the business departments to control improve the suppliers EHS awareness behavito meet the EHS requirements of the country, industry the company.
监督、检查相关业务部门的外包商管理（协议、作业过程监督&检查），特种作业审批、同时督促业务部门对供应商EHS意识和行为的管控和提升，以满足国家、行业以及公司的EHS要求。
1.6 Check the safety production status of the unit, timely check the hidden dangers of production safety accidents, put forward suggestions to improve the safety production management.
检查本单位的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议。
1.7 Stop correct illegal command, forced risky operation violation of operating procedures.
制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为。
1.8 Supervise urge the implementation of the companys safety production rectification measures.
督促落实公司安全生产整改措施。
1.9 Filing drilling of emergency plan fproduction safety accidents; Response to various emergencies such as earthquake, fire food poisoning, response to special weather such as typhoon, rainstorm snow; Regularly supervise inspect the reserve of emergency materials & emergency drugs.
生产安全事故应急预案的备案及演练；各种突发情况如地震、火灾，食物中毒等的应对，及特殊天气应对如台风、暴雨雪等；定期监督检查应急物资&应急药品储备情况。
1.10 Organize participate in the emergency rescue, investigation, analysis, establishment of archives handling suggestions of industrial accidents;ganize sort out the data of industrial injury accidents, submit them to the ARMC administrative department fthe handling service of industrial injury medical treatment the declaration of industrial injury.组织或参与工伤事故的应急救援、调查、分析、建立档案并提出处理意见；组织整理工伤事故资料，递交ARMC行政部进行工伤医疗的办理与服务、工伤的申报。
1.11 Be responsible fthe handling of new construction, reconstruction, expansion projects at the same time (including environment, occupational health safety).
负责新建、改建、扩建项目三同时的办理（包含环境、职业卫生和安全）。
1.12 Participate in the change management process (start of new equipment, start of new working process, change of workplace, etc.), check, evaluate, approve track the parts related to safety.
参与变更管理过程（新设备的启动，新的工作过程的启动，工作场所的变更等），对涉及安全的部分进行检查、评估、批复和跟踪。
2 Environmental management环境管理
2.1 Be responsible fsupervising the companys environmental management (study publicity of environmental protection related laws regulations, regular inspection of factory environment supervision of rectification of non-conformities, reporting of environmental protection related data, investigation handling of environmental events).
负责监督公司环境管理（环保相关法规学习及宣传、工厂环境定期检查及督促不合规事项整改、环保相关资料的上报、环境事件的调查和处理）。
2.2 "Three wastes" management (study publicize relevant policies regulations, supervise guide the collection, storage regular inspection of hazardous wastes in various departments, record disposal of hazardous wastes, supervise inspect the normal operation discharge of waste gas disposal facilities).
“三废”管理（相关政策法规学习及宣传、监督和指导各部门危险废弃物的收集、存放及定期检查，危险废弃物的备案及处置，监督检查废气处置设施的正常运行及排放）。
3 Occupational health management职业健康管理

负责职业监护档案的建立与维护、督促员工参加职业健康体检等，制定职业病健康预防措施并持续跟进。
