Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位目的
支持寻源采购的供应商选择与开发工作，指导和支持供应商质量体系与制程能力的提升，驱动供应商的持续有效的改善，确保供应商交付合格的产品及服务。
Support sourcing to develop the supplier, guide support the improvement of supplier quality assurance system manufacture process, drive supplier continuous effective improvement, ensure that suppliers deliver qualified products services.
Specific Accountability具体职责
1.供应商项目开发管理：与采购部门合作进行新供应商开发，指导供应商质量保证体系的建立与实施，定期实施体系审核、过程审核，监督其体系符合性与过程质量控制的稳定性
Supplier project developing management: work with purchasing to develop new suppliers, guide the supplier quality assurance system building running, regularly implement system audit process audit to monitthe compliance of system, process control level.
2.供应商质量早期遏制管理：负责供方项目的验收，充分识别各类特殊要求和接收标准，确保项目涉及的零部件满足质量要求
Supplier quality containment management: responsible fproject acceptance inspection, fully identify various special requirements acceptance standards, ensure that the parts involved in the project meet the quality requirements.
3.供应商样品开发管理：支持供应商端的样品批准过程，识别样品的批准要求，并跟进要求的实际执行结果，完成样件批准
Supplier sample developing management: support supplier sample approval process, identify requirements follow up the actual implementation to complete sample approval.
4. 供应商质量问题管理：负责对供应商不合格品进行评估、分析和决策，对于重复发生问题或重大质量问题，跟踪其纠正及预防措施的实施及效果验证，监督供应商的关键质量指标，如产品性能，可靠性，准时交付，质量表现，并及时升级处理。
Supplier quality issues handling: responsible fevaluating, analyzing nonconforming products of suppliers, making decisions, frecurring critical issues, need to track the corrective actions verify the effectiveness.
5. 供应商驻厂管理：根据业务需要能够进行关键物料的短期/长期的供应商端驻厂行动，如驻厂指导，验收，变更管理，整改等质量活动
Supplier on-site management: Be capable of conducting on-site actions at the supplier side fshort long term based on business, such as on-site guidance, acceptance, rectification other quality activities
6. 供应商质量改进管理：分析供应商质量数据，发现瓶颈趋势并协助供应商改进，提供培训和支持，并帮助指导供应商共同制定质量控制计划，定期组织供应商质量改进项目，推动供应商的质量绩效提升。
Supplier improvement management: analyze the quality data, find out the bottleneck guide suppliers to make improvements, provide training support supplier quality control plans. Regularlyganize quality improvement projects fsuppliers to promote performance.
7.由直线经理安排的其它工作。

Job Qualification任职资格
Education

机械类相关专业本科以上学历
Bachelabove degree in mechanical engineering
Experience
工作经验
3年以上供应商质量管理经验
At least 3 years’ supplier quality management experience
Skill
技能
1.理解工程图纸及规范的技术要求
Ability to understdrawings specifications.
2.熟悉离心泵，齿轮泵等泵类产品，有相关行业从业经验
Familiar with centrifugal pumps, gear pumps other pump products, have relevant industry working experience
3.熟悉ISO9001:2015质量管理体系要求
Familiar with ISO 9001:2015
4.熟练使用常用的计量及检验仪器/设备，包括但不限于卡尺、千分尺、高度仪、环塞规、粗糙度仪、涂层测厚仪等
Ability to use normal inspection tools, including but not limited to calipers, micrometer, height meter, ring gauge, roughness, coating thickness so on.
5.熟悉常用质量管理工具，如QC七大手法及8D报告
Competent with quality tools, Such QC 7 method 8D reporting.
6. 具备英语读写能力，能够使用口语进行适当交流
Be able to read write English communicate properly using spoken English.
