Job Description
I. Cost Accounting & Analysis
• Maintain standard cost in ERP, analyze explain actual vs. standard cost variances
• Perform project cost analysis at daily basis, identify abnormal fluctuations, analyze root causes
• Reconcile inventory, project cost other costing related items with G/L
• Involved in monthly rolling forecast annual budgeting
II. Month-End Close & Reporting
• Prepare monthly closing & reporting package analysis, covering cost/margin analysis, indirect cost, inventory & facortory KPIs
• Perform pre-close data validation, reconciliation, adjusting journal entries
• Ensure all deliverables comply with Group accounting policies internal control requirements
III. Accounts Payable
• Process supplier invoice entry, verification posting
• Assist with payment approval workflows
• Provide improvement recommendations to Finance Manager
IV. Other Responsibilities
• Support internal external audits by providing required financial documentation
• Participate in finance process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Complete ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Finance Manager
任职要求：
- Bachelors degree above in Finance, Accounting, related field (全日制本科，非专升本)
- 5+ years working experience covering AP, 2+ year MNC manufacturing cost accounting
- English level : Fluent in written reading, communicative in speaking listening
- Proficient in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills. Power BI skill is a plus
- Reliable, hands-on, good communication team work, be resilient during demanding workload cycles
