岗位职责描述(Responsibilities):
• Outstanding capabilities of research analysis logical insight of trend, competitconsumer in the US/EU markets.
• Define brand/category marketing strategy with PMF based on solid understanding of product benefit, consumer journey, market competition etc.
• Execute keep optimizing go-to-market strategy fnew best-seller product launches from positioning, concept packaging, story-telling, media mix, creative messaging to final communication.
• Drive manage brand/product communication from plan to live cross-functionally, collaborate with sales operation, product, creative, media hub other related stakeholders to ensure consistency of voice sense through all channels.
• A self-motivated team player with strong abilities in demands management, cross- alignment/communication, deliverables efficiency proactive mindset of problem solving.
岗位任职要求 (Requirements):
• 5+ years working experience in an equivalent function.
• Bachelabove education background in an equivalent majstudy, oversea education background.
• Working proficiency in English able to effectively communicate with global teams is a must.
• Experience in oversea markets (US/EU) and/fashion/beauty/3C industry is preferred.
• Experience in both agency brand-side is preferred a plus.
• Experience in product marketing, IMC/GTM is a plus.
