Business Unit - Operations
Reports To – PMO Manager, WB&SDA
Your Role
Drive Global Innovation activation projects within WB&SDA, enhancing Consumers’ value profitable growth. He she contributes to effective project execution & delivery on time, on spec., on cost, on CAPEX, on quality, speed-to-market.
A Typical Day
• Project management including project time plan manage project budget
• Work closely with all Functions represented in the team to secure good quality in time deliverables
• Close cooperation with Category team on project scope, product requirements
• Close collaboration with product Suppliers to secure effective deliverables from their side
• Some business travels are required
• Consolidate project reporting material (incl. Check point, project review) report to steering committee Stakeholders representing project team.
• Deliver potential special assignment activities from line manager
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s Degree higher in Engineering, Finance Marketing other relevant disciplines
• 3+ years’ experience in project management is preferred
• Experience in product development previous project management is a plus
• Strong communication ability (both written spoken)
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
• English knowledge is mandatory
