确保公司及所有员工遵守EHS法律法规相关政策要求.
To enforce the EHS policies requirements in the company inder to ensure all the employees to follow the EHS requirements.
确保派克汉尼汾的政策要求能在国内EHS法律法规之中顺利开展.
To ensure that the China EHS regulations; the Parker Hannifin EHS policies are properly executed in the company.
全面负责公司在EHS方面的持续改进.
Fully responsible to the continuous improvement in the EHS of the company.
EHS相关政府工作的沟通.
The EHS representative of the company to the local government.
审查采购设备的EHS的符合性.
To review all the purchased equipment to ensure compliant of EHS requirements.
主持EHS委员会会议.
To be the facilitatof the company EHS committee
负责全员的EHS培训工作.
To be the EHS trainer to all the company employees
领导包括事故经过等描述的事故调查及报告编制，并找到根本原因和解决或控制措施.
To conduct investigation of accident to submit report of findings inclusive of the description, the cause the solutions of the incidence.
制定公司的EHS目标和高标准，跟踪公司/集团和中国的EHS要求。
Set EHS objective high standard fcompany,follow up Corp/group China EHS reuqirement.
提高所有员工的EHS知识和意识水平
Increase EHS knowledge awareness level among all employees.
执行EHS审核并跟踪纠正和预防措施，保持ISO14001认证
Conducting EHS auditing following up with corrective&preventive action,maintain ISO14001 certification.
维护EHS管理文件系统，确保其有效性和适宜性。
Maintain EHS management documented system,to ensure effectiveness suitability.
根据集团EHS和中国EHS的要求，准备并完成相关的EHS报告。
Prepare complete EHS related reports as group EHS China EHS requirements.
通过适用的方法提高EHS意识。
Promote EHS awareness through applicable approach.
任职资格 Qualification：
本科学历，环境、安全相关专业；3年以上相关经验；
Bachelor’s Degree in EHS field more than 3 years of related experience required;
熟练应用英语；
Fluent in written spoken English;
良好的沟通能力，并熟练操作电脑及CAD软件；
Good communication skills familiarity with PC CAD software required;
熟悉当地EHS法规及ISO14001；
Familiar with related local EHS policy ISO14001；
有很强的领导能力和个人影响力来推动公司的安全文化；
Strong leadership personal influence to drive safety culture in company；
强烈的主人翁意识和自我激励精神，以推动卓越的业绩；
Strong ownership self-motivated to drive performance excellence；
较强的协调能力。
