职责描述：

Provides technical support to plant personnel regarding OSHA regulations, state environmental regulations, federal DOT regulations. 对工厂的OSHA，政府环境等提出技术性支持
Obtains maintains applicable regulatory permits. 监督许可维护
Reviews/prepares all applicable regulatory reports maintains supporting documentation. 审查、准备及维护法规报告和支持文件
Responsible fIndustrial Hygiene Monitoring Program fplant. 负责工厂的工业卫生监控计划
Participates in the development of conducts in-house EH&S audits. Maintains documentation. 参与公司内部环境卫生审计工作。档案维护
Maintains participates in the new raw material review boards. 维护并参与新原材料审核
Keeps current on regulatory issues. 及时了解法规问题
Maintain facility safety files records. 维护设施安全，简历档案并跟踪记录
Develop programs to improve plant safety performance inder to meet plant goals. 制定改善工厂安全性能计划
Conduct document new employee safety training existing employee refresher training. 新员工安全培训及复训
Provide safety support fall shifts. 为轮班员工提供安全支持
Lead actively participate in Safety Council cross-plant teams as needed. 积极领导并参与安全委员会和跨工厂团队
Lead BOR’s fsafety incidents and/injuries in conjunction with line staff personnel.
Coordinate evaluation, purchase distribution of safety equipment supplies. 协调安全设备用品的评估、采购和分配
Coordinate all workers’ compensation programs guidelines. 协调工人的补偿方针
Perform Job Safety Analyses fnew existing processes where appropriate develop hazard control practices programs. 对新员工的过程进行安全分析并制定危害控制措施和程序
Coordinate installation, maintenance auditing of all security, fire protection equipment alarms. 协调所有安全、消防设备和警报的安装、维护及审核

任职要求：
Education: BachelDegree equiv exp
本科及同等学历
Skills: Good English listening, speaking writing ability

Engineering majors preferable

Careful at work, good at summarizing the old learning the new
