Job Description:
Overall Project leader fBosch Home Comfort Time to Market Projects
Be representative of project team at the project steering committee
Manage the whole project process the project’s escalation problem solving
Lead the project team to achieve project KPI targets
Project documents configuration management
Interface with internal external stakeholders move the project forward
Proactively lead project problem solving process funexpected situations scenarios
Coordinateganize project meetings, milestone reviews etc.
Actively seeking fopportunities of improvement fproject processes
Job Qualification:
Bachelors degree above, majored in engineering. Master’s preferred.
Minimum 5-years of project management experience;
Project management experience in the field of home appliances is preferred;
Project management experience in Automotive Air Conditioning is a plus;
Resilient, initiative, strong interpersonal skill good competence of communication, good at cooperation set up good stakeholders engagement in an intercultural environment
Language Skill: Native in Chinese Fluent in English
