This senileadership role is responsible fensuring the accuracy, integrity, compliance of financial reporting accounting processes across the APAC region, including Australia, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam. The role oversees multi-country financial operations with a mix of mature emerging markets, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing local statutory, regulatory, tax requirements. The Regional Controller acts as a key finance partner to regional leadership, providing strategic insights, leading controllership transformation, driving consistency, efficiency, strong governance across diverse regulatory environments.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Accountable of the financial statements accounting across all APAC legal entities.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, regulatory requirements across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
- Lead coordinate regional financial close processes, ensuring timely high-quality reporting according to the Group calendar.
- Oversee account reconciliations, ensuring resolution of high-risk balances aged items.
- Provide deep financial analysis performance insights across countries with varying complexity maturity.
- Partner with business leaders external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, boards, while driving cash flow margin optimization.
- Manage statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance in collaboration with Corporate Tax external auditors.
- Drive implementation of accounting policies, controls, transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, shared service integration.
- Lead develop APAC controllership teams, fostering capability building, succession planning, continuous improvement across the region.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, related field.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting/controllership. 8+ years of people management experience in multinational environments.
- Strong technical accounting expertise (US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP).
- Deep understanding of SOX internal controls.
- Experience managing complex multi-country operations.
- Strong business partnering strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in finance transformation process improvement.
- Ability to manage diverse teams across cultures geographies.
- Strong stakeholder management at senileadership level.
How You Would StOut
- Professional certification required (CPA, ACCA, CIMA equivalent).
- Demonstrated success resolving complex accounting, regulatory, fiscal matters across multiple countries jurisdictions.

Fyour awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
