Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Work closely with Manufacturing Technology Director, Process R&D, Manufacturing teams to establish implement technical criteria to ensure process stability process safety.
- Identify, evaluate, unit operations to maximize product performance production efficiency. Drive continuous improvement at site level, through KPIs Benchmarking as well as support new product introduction.
- Provides process, materials, and/equipment engineering technical expertise to manufacturing operations to maintain production performance restore process capability when the product standard process is no longer safe, stable, predictable in control.
- Participates as part of a team to upgrade products processes by implementing modifications ranging from incremental daily improvements to technology game changes.
- Develops improved process instrumentation control strategies fprocess safety, productivity, capacity, uptime performance.
- Provides technical expertise in one more technology areas recognized as a leader in that technology.
- Supports asset productivity improvements implementation of best practices across the region.
- Responds to manufacturing sites technical inquiries: Provides technical information, product recommendations, process, application troubleshooting.
- Support capital projects, asset productivity improvements, Process Safety Management (PSM) implementation, YB/GB continuous improvement projects.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree higher in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Chemical Engineering Food Science & Engineering.
- 5 more years’ (10+ preferred) working experience in an engineering manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge experience in areas such as Hygienic Design, Process Safety Management, extraction, compounding, spray drying, powder handling, CAD, statistical analysis, process design capability, Six Sigma.
- Ability to work independently, with excellent time management judgment in prioritization skills the ability to identify synergies leveraging opportunities across multiple sites.
- Experience successfully managing capital projects. Knowledge of Six Sigma/Process Excellence. A Six Sigma/Process Excellence Certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge experience on process safety management.
