Responsibilities
Business control
Act as a business partner to operations management, providing actionable recommendations
Drive initiatives to improve cost efficiency working capital
Provide financial insights fmake-or-buy decisions, supplier negotiations, capacity planning
Develop maintain financial models foperations supply chain performance
Forecasting budgeting
Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis foperations supply chain functions together with responsible business partners
Provide feedback with proposals on corrective actions to individual managers
Participate in group forecast budget reviews
Accounting reporting
Monitanalyze cost structures, inventory levels, procurement spend
Provide ad-hoc analysis reports on operations supply chain financials
Ensure compliance with internal controls financial policies
Participate in local group companies’ periodic accounting closing processes
Support local financial management team, potentially acting as backup flocal Finance Manager
Prepare monthly quarterly reports fmanagement review
Development
Participate in performance improvement activities within operations supply chain
Participate in processes systems development projects activities, particularly related to financial but also operational processes systems
Required:
Master’s Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering other related field
Min 5 years of experience in business controlling, preferably in operations supply chain of manufacturing company
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with ability to efficiently analyze results, variances provide support in creating solutions fidentified issues
Solid understanding of cost accounting reporting, inventory management, working capital optimization
Good team player with ability to work independently
Hands-on attitude, flexibility adaptability
Ability to handle confidential information reliably
Proficiency in ERP systems advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication stakeholder management skills
Fluental written Chinese English
Preferred:
Background in business control fglobal multi-site operations
Knowledge of Lean principles continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
