Responsibilities (key tasks/objectives)
● Derive product mechanical related requirements from limited customer specification inputs corresponding regulations, prepare concept.
● Responsible fMD concept detail design, implement design review verification which includes simulation, calculation according Hella process.
● Prepare the (design) FMEA fthe MD design, define track preventive detective actions.
● Responsible fthe design release of design data (3D, 2D drawing, BOM, Specification) .
● Responsible fcoordinate with suppliers ftechnical alignment manufacturing of prototype.
● Responsible fMD part debug, verification pre-assembling fprototype, support tests on prototype device, integration of results in the design design optimization.
● Cooperate with EE engineer to design the mechanical structure to fit EE design principle
● Other tasks assigned by the dept. manager.
Job requirements ：
● Bachelors degree above Proficient in English, both spoken written Engineering on Mechanical Design Related
● Have experience of actuators mechanical designing, especially the experience about motor,geartrain, material selection, mechanical structure design
● Good at GD&T, tolerance stack up; FEA Simulation skill is a plus
● Product experience fbraking by wire steerling by wire related is a plus
● At least 5 years’ experience on Mechanical Design
● Open mind finnovation, capable to think in system level, good communication skills.
● Self-motivated self-learning; like new technology new challenges.
● Familiar with design requirements as well as manufacturing processes of plastic injection, sheet metal stamping ,machining die casting parts
● Familiar with environmental conditions testing felectrical electronic equipment - especially on mechanical, climatic chemical load requirements
● CATIA V5 Basic (PD, GSD, AD)
