● Manage the full lifecycle of embedded software projects fEnergy products including requirement analysis, planning, resource coordination, schedule control, quality assurance, delivery.

● Handle customer communication to ensure accurate understanding implementation of requirements.
● 管理客户沟通，确保客户需求被准确理解并落实到项目中。
● Identity project risks develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
● 识别项目风险并制定应对策略，确保项目顺利推进。
● Necessary support system team project manager

Necessary Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree above in Electrical Engineering, Software engineering，electronic information engineering, Computer Science related fields
● 电气工程，软件工程，电子信息工程，计算机或其他相关专业，本科以及学历。
● Software development experience manage experience in full life software life cycle.
● 有整个软件项目周期开发和管理的经验。
● Familiar with automotive standards such asASPICE ISO26262
● 熟悉汽车行业标准(如ASPICE， ISO26262)
● At least 3+ years of experience in SW project manage.
● 至少3年软件项目管理经验
● Familiar with C language fembedded software development
● 熟悉C语言嵌入式开发
● Fluent English is preferred.
● 流利英语更佳
● Strong communication， coordination， stress management， teamwork skills.
