1. Manage the full lifecycle of embedded software projects fautomotive lighting products, including requirements analysis, planning, resource coordination, schedule control, quality assurance, delivery.
负责车灯电子产品中嵌入式软件项目的全生命周期管理，包括需求分析、计划制定、资源协调、进度控制、质量保障与交付。
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams (project manager, hardware, systems, testing, customers) to ensure timely high-quality project delivery.
协调跨职能团队（项目经理、硬件、系统、测试、客户）确保项目按时、按质完成。
3. Handle customer communication to ensure accurate understanding implementation of requirements.
管理客户沟通，确保客户需求被准确理解并落实到项目中。
4. Identify project risks develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
识别项目风险并制定应对策略，确保项目顺利推进。
5. Necessary support system team project manager
对项目经理和系统组的工作提供必要的支持

Necessary requirements 任职资格
1. Bachelor’s degree above in software engineering, electronic information engineering, Computer Science related field
软件工程、电子信息工程、计算机或其他相关专业，本科或以上学历
2. At least 5+ years of experience in embedded software development project management, preferably in automotive lighting electronics.
5年以上嵌入式软件开发或项目管理经验，有车灯或汽车电子行业经验优先。
3. Software development experience management experience in full software life cycle
有整个软件项目周期开发和管理的经验
4. Experience working with international OEMs Tier 1 suppliers.
有与国际OEM或Tier 1客户合作经验。
5.Familiar with C/C++ language fembedded software development
熟练掌握C/C++语言嵌入式开发
6. Familiarity with automotive standards such as ASPICE ISO 26262
熟悉汽车行业标准（如ASPICE、ISO 26262）
7. Familiar with automotive communication diagnostic protocols (i.e., CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.)
熟悉汽车通信和诊断协议(如CAN, LIN, UDS, 等)
8. Fluent in English, both written spoken, fprofessional communication.

10. Strong communication, coordination, stress management, teamwork skills.
