Job description 岗位描述
1. Leading coordinating the root cause analysis with local & global team fthe critical customer issues from the market with fast efficient response solutions drive Radar performance improvement technical communication with Customer.
主导和协调本地和海外技术团队快速有效地对市场反馈的技术问题进行根本原因分析并提出*优解决方案，积极主动的与客户对接沟通澄清并提高雷达性能。
2.Support the technical feasibility analysis of Customer RFQ facquisition projects actively drive the technical communication with Customer to promote Hella Radar Product.
项目报价阶段，支持外部系统对客户需求的可行性分析与澄清。
3.Capture, analyze manage system requirements with regards to technical aspects during all project running phase as the unique technical interface to external.
在项目运行阶段，收集，分析和管理系统的各种技术需求和反馈的问题。
4. Close communication with the internal local & global project team Customer to ensure Hella development outputs adapted to Customer expectation in each milestone release.
与内部本地和海外项目团队以及外部客户保持良好和紧密的沟通以确保每一阶段的开发进程和成熟度符合客户的期望。
5. Closely monittrack Autonomous Driving related marketing trend, participate Radar related regulation standards drafting, design new, flexible system designs/architectures fupcoming market needs.
持续关注自动驾驶行业的市场趋势，参与部分毫米波雷达相关的行业法规，国标的制定，设计开发具有创新，柔性架构特征的系统以满足未来市场的需求。

Necessary requirements 任职资格
1. Electronic engineering, Software Engineering, Electromagnetic field microwave technology, communication, radio physics other related majors, masters degree above.
电子信息工程，软件工程，无线电物理, 电磁场与微波技术、通信等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
2. At least 5 years relevant experience in developing automotive electronic control modules
汽车电子行业5年以上研发经验；
3. Familiar with automotive communication diagnostic protocols (i.e. CANFD/CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.)，AutoSAR Architecture, Network management.
熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议(如CANFD/CAN, LIN, UDS, 等), AutoSAR 软件架构，网络管理等。
4. Good skills in English both writing speaking.
英语熟练；
5. Good communication coordination skills；
良好的沟通与协调技巧；
6. Self-motivated, Engineering thinking，responsibility；
能够自我激励；富有工程思维；有责任心；
7. Experience of Radar development other ADAS system is preferred；
有毫米波雷达或其他ADAS开发经验者优先；
8. Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOORS)；
优先考虑有需求管理软件(如DOORS) 使用经验者；
9. Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred；
对V型开发模式有较好理解者优先考虑；
10. Knowledge of FUSA Cybersecurity are preferred；
对有功能安全和网路安全经验的优先考虑；
11. Open mind teamwork spirit；
