KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:
61 Collaborate with employees at all levels to promote a safe, healthy environment friendly work environment in compliance to national laws regulations, international standards best practices, as well as to corporate policies.
与各级员工协作，按照国家法律法规、国际标准和做法以及企业政策，促进安全、健康和环境友好的工作环境。
61 Develop, prepare implement environment, health safety awareness campaigns training programs to educate train employees, contractors visitors.
制定、准备和实施环境、健康和安全意识运动和培训方案，以教育和培训雇员、承包商和来访者。
61 Develop, maintain implement EHS operating procedures, regulations best practices concerning safety & health, environmental protection, emergency preparedness & response, etc.
制定、维护和实施EHS操作规程、规章制度和安全、环保、应急准备和反应等方面的做法。
61 Hands-on work attitude, being present on the shopfloon a regular basis to provide assistance, guidance in safety & health related matters in encouraging safe working practices.
踏实的工作态度，目前定期对车间提供协助，在安全与健康有关的事项和鼓励安全工作实践的指导。
61 Support the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, Safety Standardization systems build up implementation.
支持ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 安全标准化系统的建立和实施。
61 Organize regular EHS site inspections, continuously monitrisks improve risk reduction.
定期组织EHS现场检查，持续进行风险监护和风险降低改善。
61 Collaborate with the global EHS team on standardizing EHS across all manufacturing facilities.
与全球EHS团队合作，规范所有生产设施的EHS。
61 Provide technical guidance support coordination regarding various safety issues.
就各种安全问题提供技术指导和协调支持。
61 Support accident reporting facilitates accident investigation facilitate accident PDCA management.
支持事故报告并促进事故PDCA的闭环管理。
61 Establish maintain good partnership with local authorities (e.g. Police Department, Fire Department, Environmental Protection Bureau, Production Safety Bureau, etc.).
建立并保持与地方当局的良好合作关系（如公安部门、环境保护局、应急管理局等）。
61 Be the point of contact flocal authorities lead external audits onsite.
与地方当局联系，并在现场进行外部审计。
61 Timely response to implement government requirements (e.g. Guideline of China Occupational Safety Health Management System).
及时响应和落实政府的要求（如指导中国职业安全健康管理体系）。
REQUIRED SKILL SET 岗位技能：
61 Familiar with Chinese national local EHS related laws & regulations, as well as with international standards such as ISO 14001
熟悉中国国家和地方的与环境卫生安全相关的法律法规，熟悉ISO 14001等国际标准
61 Very good proficiency in English (oral written) a must
熟练掌握英语（口头和书面）
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 经验要求：
61 Minimum of 10 years working experience in EHS in a manufacturing environment.
至少10年制造业环境安全方面的工作经验。
EDUCATION 教育背景：
61 Bacheldegree above with majin environment, health safety related engineering field (e.g. mechanical, manufacturing).
本科以上学历，环境、健康、安全或相关工程专业（机械、制造、安全工程）。
