Responsibilities:
1. Implement strategies master project.Develop, deploy execute functional strategies.
2.Support Budget, Capex investment plan, mid-term short-term planning processes (process capability capacity planning/ shop flolayout planning/ manpower planning, etc.) in cooperation with General Manager.
3.People Leadership (Target setting controlling, performance competency appraisal, feedback recognition, personnel placement planning people development, etc.).
4.Lead the cross function team to work on developing new process new manufacturing technology to assure the business growth sustainably.
5.Drive the process improvement to result in a continuous productivity increase cost reduction.
6.Providing guidance timely decisions fthe daily operations maintain a harmonious working environment.
7.Assure sufficient factory output on adequate quality level according to production program.
9.Implement quality assurance policies strategies throughout all the process to achieve delivery quality improvement year over year.
10.Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1.University Bacheldegree above in metallic material science, mechanical related.
2.Substantial experiences knowledge of manufacturing process is essential. Working experience in fastener industry is preferred. At least 15 years working experiences in mechanical manufacturing environment with minimum 5 years experience as Manufacturing Directabove.Proficient in machining processes.
3.Engineering Capability, state-of-the-art Knowledge of Manufacturing Process (Planning skills, PFMEA knowledge, CIP mindset, material flow, etc.).
4.Production Logistic Structure Process.
5.Problem Solving Decision Making Ability with complex Issues involving multivariable.
6.Leadership Ability .
7.Production systems used in automotive industry.
8.Process Knowledge of Lean Production.
9.Customerientation & Entrepreneurial Thinking.
10.Communication Presentation Skills & English both writtenal.
11.Willing to undertake medium long-term overseas business trips to support the company’s project transfer.
