Define maintain the overall technicalroadmap system architecture fthestellaratreactor.
Lead the design, integration, optimization of superconducting magnet systems associated cryogenic infrastructure.
Ensure consistency between theoretical physics assumptions engineering implementation.
Coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams covering physics, magnet design, cryogenics, mechanical, systems engineering.
Review approve key technical designs, calculations, engineering trade‑offs.
Identify technical risks develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Support technical discussions with external research institutions, suppliers, partners.

Profile
Advanced degree (Masters PhD) in physics, nuclear engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, a related field.

Good understanding of theoretical physics relevant to magnetic confinement fusion, preferably stellaratconcepts.
Experience heading complex, multidisciplinary engineering research programs.
Ability to translate physics requirements practical engineering solutions.
Strong communication skills in technical cross‑functional settings.
