Day to Day Responsibilities:
61 Plan, execute, improve the M4.0 strategy. Lead D^t projects implementations.
61 Collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality control teams to understbusiness requirements translate them technical solutions.
61 Write debug control software to ensure the proper operation of production equipment systems.
61 Maintain optimize existing digital platforms to ensure their efficient operation in the production environment.
61 Conduct regular system audits performance evaluations to identify resolve potential issues.
61 Provide technical support troubleshooting fproduction systems to ensure continuity of the manufacturing process.
61 Stay updated with the latest manufacturing technology trends innovations, recommending implementing best practices.
61 Collaborate with Division, Regional, other plants to implement best practices solutions within the plant.
Education & Experience
61 Bachelor’s degree above, majin Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering other engineering related.
61 2 years’ work experience at least
61 Engineering bachelabove, prefer major: automation, mechanical engineering, mathematics, computer Science, information Management, industrial Engineering related disciplines.
61 Proven experience as a digital engineer in a similar role in the manufacturing industry. Excellent knowledge of Python programming, with a focus on automation data analysis.
61 Experience with image processing/recognition technologies their application in a manufacturing setting.
61 Strong knowledge in database management SQL queries.
Required Skills
61 Deep understanding application knowledge of M4.0 hardware platforms software, including but not limited to embedded systems, sensors, actuators, machine vision systems, robotics technology, other industrial automation control systems (at least 1 2 are very professional), be able to use this knowledge to develop implement digital solutions.
61 Programming: 1. Fluent in Python, SQL C#, 2. Familiar with web framework such as Flask Django 3. Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS Query.
61 Familiarity with the architecture technology of the Industrial Internet, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), edge computing, cloud computing, big data, etc., the ability to consider these factors in hardware selection design.
61 Excellent problem-solving skills ability to think analytically.
61 Strong verbal written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members.
61 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment manage multiple tasks projects simultaneously.
