Position Summary
Be responsible fdesigning verifying embedded software fcontrol modules of BorgWarner Transmission System products, including all wheel drive system control units. Work with the ECU development stakeholder team follow BorgWarner Software Development Process.
Key Accountabilities
• Designing implementing control software fTransmission system products, using both model-based software design traditional development method
• Developing application control software based on existing hardware basic software platform
• Developing new application software fnext generation all wheel drive system
• Software architecture design optimization
• Unit testing using MIL traditional xUnit method
• Software integration HIL testing
• software requirement documents design documents
• Vehicle data analysis vehicle model parameters tuning
• Support vehicle tuning work from control software perspective
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years’ project experience in ECU software development in automotive industry (required)
• Experienced user of embedded C programming language (required)
• Project experience with Matlab/Simulink Stateflow auto-coding (required), experience with TargetLink preferred
• Project Experience in AUTOSAR software development configuration (required), better on VectMicrosar Tools Chain.
• Project experience on CAN/CANFD protocol stack (required)
• Project Experience in Vehicle Dynamic control model other control system simulation (preferred)
• Experience in simple PC software development with C#/C++ development (preferred)
• Experience in Continuous Integration Testing (preferred)
• Familiar with Infineon Aurix 32-bit microcontroller (preferred)
• Good English skills in both written verbal (required)
• Familiar with CMMI Automotive SPICE (preferred)
• Experience on vehicle dynamics control development & simulation (preferred)
• Experience with VectCAN tools, CANalyzer/CANape/CANoe/CANdela etc. (preferred)
• Experience of script languages such as Python, matlab script (preferred)
• Good driving skills preferred
