MAIN TASKS:
•Provide on-site QAQC leadership work PFC activities at the assigned regional hub while leading QAQC activities across the region.
•Lead, coach, align regional site QAQC teams, building a strong quality culture accountability.
•Act as the regional QAQC interface to customers, certification bodies, key suppliers.
•Serve as Person-In-Charge (PIC) fMRF audits APAC third-party supplier audits, including follow-up actions (3rd party Audits to ensure compliance with GF Global standards).
•Implement govern QAQC processes across regional sites in coordination with Global HQ.
•Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GF procedures, customer, regulatory requirements.
•Own regional NCR, CAPA, audits, quality KPIs, driving root-cause resolution continuous improvement.
•Standardize QAQC practices across fabrication, welding/jointing, inspection, documentation, supplier quality.
•Partner with operations, engineering, project teams to achieve Right-First-Time execution, OTIF, risk reduction.
REQUIREMENTS / HARD SKILLS:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree，Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Management, equivalent technical discipline.
YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OVERALL: 6-9 years；
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE: 3-5 years；
LANGUAGE SKILLS: English，Full professional proficiency；
OTHER SPECIAL SKILLS::
•Able to represent the region’s QAQC function confidently to local global management.
•Strong experience with ISO-based management systems integrated internal external audits.
•Solid background in pre-fabrication, welding/jointing processes, inspection, traceability.
•Proven experience leading internal, supplier, third-party audits, including MRF supplier qualification audits.
•Sound knowledge of NCR, CAPA, risk-based thinking, continuous improvement methodologies.
•Effective leader in multi-site, multicultural, regional environments, with strong stakeholder management skills.
•Comfortable working with digital quality systems, SAP, data-driven quality reporting.
