我们在寻找的人才
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业；
2、熟练掌握 PHP 8+，具备良好的编码规范与性能优化意识；
3、熟悉至少一种主流 PHP 框架（如 Laravel / ThinkPHP），或熟悉 Swoole / Workerman 等异步协程框架；
4、精通 MySQL，具备数据库设计、索引优化与复杂查询性能优化能力；
5、熟悉 Redis/Memcached 等缓存机制，理解 Session、Token 等认证机制；
6、熟悉 Nginx / Linux / Git 及基本的部署流程；
7、熟悉 HTML / CSS / JavaScript / JSON，理解前后端分离模式（具备 Vue / React 经验者优先）；
8、具备 Web 安全意识，可处理 SQL 注入、XSS 等常见安全问题；
9、工作认真负责，执行力强，学习能力优秀，能在快速迭代环境中保持高质量产出；

Metaprise is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, technically strong PHP Backend Engineer to support the development optimization of our financial operations platform. This role is critical in building robust backend systems, designing high-performance APIs, ensuring that our global products run securely, efficiently, at scale.
Your mission is to drive backend architecture excellence, deliver stable high-quality features, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product development deployment.
The Impact You Will Make
1. Build scalable backend systems
Develop new backend features maintain existing system modules to ensure continuous, stable product delivery.
2. Design implement high-performance APIs
Translate product requirements efficient, secure, high-concurrency backend API services.
3. Optimize backend architecture
Continuously improve system architecture, focusing on performance, scalability, reliability.
4. Ensure robust data management
Participate in database schema design optimization to maintain data integrity, performance, security.
5. Drive efficient cross-team collaboration
Work closely with frontend, Product, QA teams to ensure high-quality on-time delivery.
6. Maintain clear thorough technical documentation
Write accurate API specifications, development notes, necessary testing scripts to support ongoing development.
7. Support deployment operations
Assist with deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, ensuring stable operations of online services.
The talent we are looking for
Bachelors degree above, majoring in Computer Science related fields;
Proficient in PHP 8+, with a good sense of coding standards performance optimization;
Be familiar with at least one mainstream PHP framework (such as Laravel/ThinkPHP), be familiar with asynchronous coroutine frameworks like Swoole/Workerman;
Proficient in MySQL, with the ability to design databases, optimize indexes optimize the performance of complex queries.
Familiar with caching mechanisms such as Redis/Memcached, understauthentication mechanisms such as Session Token;
Familiar with Nginx/Linux/Git the basic deployment process;
Familiar with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JSON, understthe front-end back-end separation mode (those with Vue/React experience are preferred).
Have a sense of Web security be capable of handling common security issues such as SQL injection XSS.
Work with serious responsibility, strong execution, excellent learning ability, can maintain high quality output in rapid iteration environment;
Have certain operation maintenance capabilities, including server deployment, monitoring log analysis.
