职责描述:
Key Responsibilities
• Support compliance activities to protect the company’s reputation business interests, ensuring adherence to applicable laws regulations. Advise corporate functions on compliance matters the impact of current emerging regulatory requirements.

• Draft, review, enhance Bracco Sine’s compliance policies, guidelines, routine reports processes.

• Develop, deliver communicate compliance training femployees third parties.
制备和推进对员工和第三方的合规培训和沟通。
• Review approve scientific event applications.
审核学术会议申请。
• Provide compliance advice to business teams.

• Manage third-party due diligence fhealthcareganizations, distributors vendors, including related reviews approvals.

• Manage onsite monitoring spot checks of scientific events, support investigations responses to alleged rule violations.

任职资格:
Education
Bachelabove degree in legal finance. Bar admission is preferred.
本科或以上学历，法务或财会专业。通过司法考试者优先。
Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical/Professional Skills
• At least 5 years of relevant Compliance work experience in pharmaceutical companies.
至少5年药企合规工作经验。
• Ability to work efficiently meet requirements within time frame.
