职位描述 Job description
1.从管事部经理得到额外的指令和信息，进行交接班并接管上个班次和接收新的任务的转变，从而保证良好的内部沟通。
Carry out shift-handover from previous shift receive additional instructions information from Chief Steward, thereby ensuring good inter-shift communications.
2.确保为各个餐厅做到精确地餐前准备。
Ensure accurate preparation of all mise-en-place foutlets in a timely manner.
3.确保在后场区域清洗餐具，符合我们的酒店的标准,不允许有侵犯健康和安全法规的行为。
Ensure that all food beverage back of house areas are cleaned to our hotel’s standards that no infringements of Health Safety regulations are allowed.
4.协助部门培训计划。
Assist on departmental training programme.
5.联系工程师维修清洗设备并向经理报告在管事部区域所需维护的设备。
Liaise with Engineers fstewarding machinery defects report any maintenance required in the areas responsible to Chief Steward Engineering.
6.协助有关餐饮部的运营设备、清洁材料和库房的管理。
Assist in the control procedures concerning food beverage operating equipment cleaning materials control storeroom operations.
7.负责报告安全隐患给部门负责人。
Responsible freporting any fire of health safety hazard to departmental head.
8.积极参与运营设备存货清单的管理。
Actively involve in operating equipment inventory.
9.完成分配的其他任务。
Complete other duties as assigned.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少1年酒店餐饮工作经验在同等职位。
At least 1 years working experience on the same position in F&B.
