1.
记录客人点菜并及时提供产品和服务，不得无故延误。
Takes guestder serves items without unnecessary delay.
2.
熟悉并对餐厅菜单和酒单有相当的了解。
Familiars have good knowledge of the Outlet’s Menu Wine List.
3.
促销饮品以提高营业收入。
Up-sells beverage to increase the revenue.
4.
向餐厅领班/副理报告所有困难及问题，以便解决和跟进。
Reports any difficulties problem to Team Leader/ Assistant Manager fsolution follow up actions.
5.
保持所有酒水和客人供应品的标准库存量。
Maintains par stocks of beverages guest supplies.
6.
确保根据要求和运作需要做好餐前准备工作。
Prepares mise-en-place according to the requirement operation needs.
7.
清洁并重新摆设餐台和餐桌。
Clears resets counters tables.

Prepares serves Cocktail as requested.

Assists in setting up/ decorating the Outlet according to the theme during special promotions occasions.

Ensures all beverage stock are kept in the proper storage under the appropriate temperature.

确保所有杯具的光亮、洁净。
Ensures all glasses are well polished.
12.
协助对酒吧的盘点并保持准确的盘存记录。
Assists in Bar stock inventory maintains an accurate inventory record.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少三年大专。
Minimum 3 years’ college education.
2.
一年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
