岗位职责：
1. 提供高质量的心理咨询服务，包括团体辅导、个案管理（一对一咨询）、危机处理及必要的转介工作，并与其他医疗专业人士保持协作；
2. 主导学生心理危机干预工作，关注学生心理健康动态，提供专业心理咨询与支持，帮助学生建立积极健康的心理状态；
3. 建立和管理学生心理档案，严格遵循保密原则，妥善管理心理咨询记录，并进行定期分析与总结；
4. 制定并实施学校心理健康教育工作计划，统筹学年、学期心理辅导课程及相关活动；
5. 负责全校师生日常心理健康教育，结合学校需求策划并组织心理健康课程、专题讲座、主题活动等，普及心理健康知识，并针对热点心理议题进行研究与分享；
6. 协助学校积极开展家庭心理健康指导，与家长保持良好沟通，关注学生的心理状态，促进家长、教师与学生之间的良性互动；
7. 与学校教职员工紧密协作，帮助学生适应不同学段的学习与生活环境，共同营造有利于学生心理成长的校园氛围；
岗位要求：
1. 心理学或相关专业本科及以上学历，具有心理咨询、心理治疗等相关资质和证书；
2. 3年或以上心理辅导工作经验，具有心理危机干预、青少年心理支持及家庭问题处理经验者优先；
3. 具有流利的英文听说读写能力，以及良好的语言表达能力、人际沟通能力；
4. 具有留学背景、国际学校工作经验者优先。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality psychological counselling services, including group therapy, individual case management, crisis intervention, referrals when necessary, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
2. Lead psychological crisis intervention efforts, monitmental health trends, provide professional counselling support to help students establish maintain positive mental well-being.
3. Establish manage student psychological records, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality, maintaining accurate counselling documentation, conducting regular analyses reviews.
4. Develop implement school-wide mental health education plans,ganizing annual semester-based psychological counselling courses related activities.
5. Oversee the daily mental health education fthe entire school community, planningganising mental health courses, special lectures, themed activities, promoting mental health awareness, while researching sharing insights on trending psychological topics.
6. Assist the school in providing family mental health guidance, maintain strong communication with parents, monitstudents psychological well-being, foster positive interactions between parents, teachers, students.
7. Work closely with school staff to support students in adapting to various academic stages living environments, while helping to a campus atmosphere conducive to psychological growth well-being.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree higher in psychology a related field, with relevant qualifications certifications in psychological counselling psychotherapy.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in psychological counselling, with expertise in crisis intervention, adolescent mental health support, resolving family-related psychological issues are highly desirable.
3. Proficiency in English, with strong communication interpersonal skills.
4. Candidates with an overseas education background experience working in international schools will be given preference.
