Summary of Position:
This role manages maintenance, breakdown shotting strategy fequipment in farming areas, supports facility renovation with technical calculations design advice. It involves material optimization, team training, requiring expertise in fluid systems, design software corrosion-resistant materials.

该岗位负责养殖区设备的维护、故障处理及策略制定，为设施改造提供技术计算和设计建议。涉及材料优化和团队培训，要求具备流体系统、设计软件及耐腐蚀材料相关专业知识。
主要职能：
Equipment Maintenance & Strategy:
Conduct daily inspection, fault diagnosis repair of fluid equipment in the breeding area (pumps, valves, bearings, seawater desalination, biological sludge treatment, ozone pipelines, etc.). Develop implement professional maintenance strategies/plans based on equipment performance to ensure long-term stable operation, extend service life reduce failure rates.
设备维护与策略制定：负责养殖区水泵、阀门、轴承、海水淡化设备、生物污泥处理设备、臭氧设备管路等流体设备的故障诊断与维修支持。依据设备运行状况，制定并执行专业的维修策略和保养计划，确保设备长期稳定运行，延长设备使用寿命，降低设备故障率。
On-site breakdown Handling:
Respond quickly to emergency situations like sudden equipment failures in the breeding area; support maintenance technicians in effective handling to minimize production losses.
现场故障处理：负责养殖区设备突发故障等紧急情况下，迅速响应并支持维修技师团队，组织有效处理，程度减少生产损失。
Facility Modification & Technical Support:
Precisely calculate key parameters (pump flow, pipeline diameter, structural strength) frenovation projects, providing solid technical basis. Offer professional mechanical design suggestions aligned with breeding processes, participate in project implementation to ensure smooth efficient completion.
设施改造与技术支持：在设施改造项目中，承担水泵流量、管道直径、结构强度等关键参数的精准计算工作，为改造方案提供坚实的技术依据。结合养殖工艺需求，提供专业且合理的机械设计建议，参与项目实施过程，保障设施改造的顺利推进与高效完成。
Material Selection & Optimization:
Research corrosion resistance of materials fselection. Regularly evaluate materials vulnerable \components of existing equipment/facilities; optimize selections to reduce corrosion-induced losses operational costs.
材料选型与优化：深入研究各类材料的耐腐蚀性能，完成耐腐蚀材料的选型工作。对现有设备和设施的材料和易损部件使用情况进行定期评估，持续优化材料选择和型号选择，有效降低因材料腐蚀导致的设备损耗和运营成本。
Team Training & safety management:
Develop deliver mechanical training fteam members (equipment principles, operation norms, maintenance skills) to enhance overall technical competence. Encourage enforce workplace safety standards
团队培训：制定并开展针对团队成员的机械技术培训课程，内容涵盖设备原理、操作规范、维修技巧等方面，提升团队整体机械技术水平。严格执行工作场所安全标准。
所需知识技能：
1. Master fluid equipment (pipes, pumps, valves) principles; familiar with seawater desalination, biological sludge treatment, ozone pipelines.
掌握流体设备（管道、泵、阀门）原理；熟悉海水淡化、生物污泥处理、臭氧管路。
2. Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks; skilled in calculating pump flow, pipe diameter, structural strength.
熟练使用 CAD、SolidWorks；擅长计算水泵流量、管道直径、结构强度。
3. Understcorrosion-resistant materials; capable of failure analysis (preferably FMEA) optimization.
了解耐腐蚀材料；具备失效分析（优选 FMEA）及优化能力。
4. Sound logic thinking problem analysis solving skills.
具备良好的逻辑思维能力，以及问题分析和解决能力；
任职资格：
1. Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, etc.
机械工程、机电一体化等相关本科及以上学历。
2. At least 5+ years in mechanical design/maintenance; preferred: aquaculture/food processing foreign-funded factory at least 3 years’ experience.
至少5 年以上机械设计/维护经验；养殖/食品加工行业或外资工厂经历3年以上者优先考虑。
3. Basic foreign language skills (read docs, simpleal); good at team training communication.

4. Adapt to factory environment; high sense of responsibility, strong stress tolerance.
