1、Project Leadership & Management:
Lead the design, implementation, rollout, operation of automation digitalization projects.
项目领导与管理：主导自动化与数字化项目的设计、实施、推广及运营。
2、Blueprint Design:
Layout Proposal: Design layout proposal to ensure optimal flow between human machine, ensuring digital solutions are integrated seamlessly the physical workspace.
Functional Development: Translate business requirements technical system functions, providing solution on software logic hardware integration.
Requirement Verification: Conduct Functional Specification (FS) reviews to ensure that developed solutions meet operational needs before deployment.
蓝图设计：布局方案：设计布局方案，确保人机之间的流程*优，并使数字化解决方案无缝融入实体工作空间。
功能开发：将业务需求转化为技术系统功能，提供软件逻辑与硬件集成解决方案。
需求验证：开展功能规格说明书（FS）评审，确保开发的解决方案在部署前满足运营需求。
3、Project Implementation & Management:
Overseeing controlling project scope schedule
Maintain rigorous control over project budgets, resources quality standards, ensuring all implementations meeting the standard.
Risk mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks technical risks, developing contingency plans to minimize disruption
项目实施与管理：监督并控制项目范围与进度。
严格管理项目预算、资源和质量标准，确保所有实施符合要求。
风险缓解：识别潜在瓶颈或技术风险，并制定应急方案以尽量减少影响。
4、Automation Digitalization Roll Out:
Rollout of automation digitalization solution projects to domestic overseas factories
Standardization of best practices to ensure implementation follows global standards
自动化与数字化推广：将自动化与数字化解决方案项目推广至国内及海外工厂。
推动实践标准化，确保实施遵循全球标准。
5、Garment Industrial Engineering (IE) Expertise:
Support production departments in productivity enhancement through SOP standardization, workstation re-engineering, technical improvements, process optimization, as well as other IE tools.
服装工业工程（IE）专业能力：通过SOP标准化、工位再工程、技术改善、流程优化及其他IE工具，支持生产部门提升生产效率。
